Google Meet – Video Conferencing
Google Meet offers enterprise grade video conferencing, with options for meetings up to 250 participants with the ability to record later, and live streaming for up to 100,000 people.
External participants simply click on a link to join the call, and no download is required. To help protect your data and safeguard your privacy, Meet takes advantage of Google Cloud’s secure-by-design infrastructure and features a number of proactive counter-abuse protections, like preventing external participants from joining meetings unless they’re on the calendar invite or have been invited by in-domain participants.

Supporting HR to provide employees access to critical and timely information
The challenge to get the workforce back and working is complex. The new social distancing rules together with health and safety requirements across sites mean communication can easily be confusing.
Using Zendesk for internal helpdesk you can provide the access to information to teams, colleagues, specific to roles, sites, and responsibilities.
The Department for Education have rolled out Zendesk for this purpose, to help the teams navigate to the information they need. From health and safety information, workplace info, self isolation policies and much more the HR team can now focus on supporting the workforce and their requirements during this time.
